This is an ideal location for a stay in the Barranco neighborhood, which is considered a restaurant and arts center of Lima. That's number one. But the staff is incredibly kind and helpful and it feels homey because it's such boutique kind of place. As a typical b&b it's breakfast choices are are not like an endless buffet.. But the things that they offer are very good. The place is spotless. Elizabeth, Nicole, Marinell, Naomi, just all excellent people. Highly recommended.

The staff at 3B Barranco were exceptional - especially Elizabeth and the breakfast staff. The Hotel is located in a great location and the rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning is an added bonus, and is excellent. The security of the hotel is also something to consider. It is very good and strangers are not permitted to enter the grounds of the property - excellent.

We can definitely recommend 3B Barranco. The location is perfect, in a quiet and safe neighborhood with small shops and good restaurants and cafes. It is only a 5 min. walk to the beautiful parks overlooking the Pacific Ocean, and 10 minutes to Puente de los Suspiros and Barranco center. Easy transportation to Lima's old town and Miraflores. 3B Barranco has nice modern rooms, good and comfortable beds, and lovely breakfast, where you can choose from dishes that are prepared on demand. The fruit salad was the best in Peru! Very helpful staff and personal service. We had our luggage stored at the hotel for free for a week. We can definitely recommend the place and would love to come back.

The staff were exceptional. They were so very helpful and accommodating. It felt like family. We were able to leave our bags and still use the facilities after check-out. The staff provided us useful information about dining options and other city places. They even made us breakfast at 4:45am so we could take with us because our tour left at 5am. The room was clean and comfortable and hot water was abundant. There was a mini kitchen where we could use the fridge and make hot drinks or prepare basic food. The location was very good...only about 10mins walk to the bus stop. We walked about 25mins to Miraflores and it was only about 10mins from the center of Barranco.

Comfortable beds, clean room, good service/nice staff. No noise from the outside gets into the room, so if other guests are quiet (we could hear the other showers and hair dryers) before bedtime, it’s all good. :) Location is great. Breakfast was a bit small, but the lady serving it was great! Also loved the fresh orange juice for breakfast and tea + water free of charge throughout the stay.

As a solo female traveler, I found the location and property to be safe and centrally located near the center of Barranco as well as two blocks from the ocean view path which is lovely for those early morning walks. The lovely staff members, Nicole and Elizabeth, went beyond their way to accommodate me from arranging an affordable and safe taxi service to keeping my luggage while I was in the jungle. Breakfast was made to order, as a vegan meal the avocado sandwich was delicious! Overall a great stay! Many thanks! Hope to visit again soon

Perfectly located in Barronco. Close to everything. Clean, nice room, best showers I had during 4 weeks around Peru. Comfortable beds and super friendly, helpful staff that knows the area very well. Breakfast is great and if I come back to Lima this is where I'll definitely stay again. I also stayed in Miraflores, but I liked Barronco way better.

Chic & Basic was my favorite stay during my 2 1/2 week trip in South America! The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast is very nice, with options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Good hot coffee was available at all hours, which was a godsend! The best part about the stay was the staff - so friendly and helpful, with plenty of recommendations for cute coffee shops and spots to walk around. You're also close to all the best of Barranco - shops, excellent food, and bars. I cannot recommend this stay highly enough for the minimalist traveller who wants a great experience without breaking the bank!

A fantastic little hotel. This is a great hotel with and exceptional staff. The hotel is very secure with 24 hr reception. The room was big enough for a couple. The entire hotel was very clean. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was strong with plenty of hot water. The breakfast was very good and the coffee tea bar was a nice touch. This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in on my 3 month tour of South America. I would love to stay here again.

Staff were so helpful, kind, and fun to talk to-- the 24-hour reception was such a great perk, and they put together an informal breakfast box for me when I had an early morning tour. Maybel also helped me out with a taxi snafu upon my arrival from the airport, which I really appreciated. The rooms themselves were modern and clean, and the hotel has an AMAZING location in the heart of Barranco and delicious breakfast. 10/10 would stay here again!
